I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

On average, it takes us between 24 and 48 hours to process your order and transport it to our shipping partner's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make any changes (including to the address).
We only deliver to the address you provided at checkout. If you have any questions, please send us an email.

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if you receive a defective or damaged product. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages. Please note: returns require 3-4 business days to process. After processing your return, we will refund the purchase price.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge! However, this is no longer possible if the order is already on its way.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do now?

If you entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After this 24-hour period, no refund will be issued.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery by freight carrier takes approximately 2-3 working days within Germany; delivery to neighboring countries may be delayed by a few days.
